Logging In

Transpeye is a web-based surveillance and transaction analytics platform developed by Transpeye. Access is provided by your account administrator, who supplies your email address and initial password. You can log in from any modern web browser on any device. The areas of the platform you can access after login depend on your assigned role and customer account.

Navigate to your Transpeye URL in your web browser. The address is provided by your administrator and is specific to your organisation’s deployment. The login page displays a centred form on a dark background.

Click the Email field and type your full email address exactly as provided by your administrator. Email addresses are not case-sensitive, but they must be complete, including the domain (for example, jane.smith@example.com).

Click the Password field and type your password. Passwords are case-sensitive. If your administrator has provided a temporary password, you should change it after your first successful login.

Click “Sign In” to submit your credentials. Transpeye validates your details against your account.

If your credentials are correct, Transpeye redirects you to the Dashboard. The navigation bar appears at the top of the page, and your account name is visible in the top-right user menu. If your credentials are incorrect, an error message appears on the login page and you remain on the login screen.

  • Keep your credentials secure. Do not share your password with other users. Each user should have their own account.
  • Use a supported browser. Transpeye works best in a recent version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Avoid Internet Explorer.
  • Check for a trailing space. If your login fails unexpectedly, check that you have not inadvertently typed a space before or after your email address or password, particularly if you have copied them from another document.
  • Bookmark the login URL. Save your Transpeye URL as a browser bookmark so you can return to it quickly without needing to retype the address.
  • Session expiry. Transpeye sessions expire after a period of inactivity. If your session expires, you are automatically returned to the login page. Your work is not lost, but you need to log in again to continue.

Login page does not loadCheck your internet connection. Confirm the URL is correct with your administrator. Try clearing your browser cache or opening a private/incognito browser window.
”Account disabled” messageYour account may have been deactivated by your administrator. Contact your administrator to have the account re-enabled.
Forgotten passwordContact your administrator. Transpeye accounts are managed centrally, and a password reset must be issued by an admin or partner user.
Redirected back to login after signing inYour browser may be blocking cookies. Ensure cookies are enabled for your Transpeye domain. Try a different browser.
You can see the dashboard but certain menu items are missingYour user role may restrict access to certain areas. Contact your administrator if you believe you require additional access.
